Agency Results with a Personal Touch

Justin Cook Public Relations is a boutique PR firm run by veteran publicist Justin Cook.  As an independent agency, JCPR operates in a unique space, working closely with established and emerging filmmakers on customized and cost-effective publicity campaigns.

JCPR has carved out a niche as a leading public relations representative for home video releases.  With strong ties to traditional and online media, JCPR connects films with key targets for maximum results on a Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD release.  We particularly excel with genre films and LGBTQ titles, championing new voices on the big screen, at top festivals, and directly to audiences in their homes and on their tablets.

JCPR represents films, filmmakers and distributors in theaters, on home video and at festivals across the US and around the world, including The Toronto International Film Festival, SXSW, AFI, Outfest Los Angeles, Fantastic Fest, Doc NYC, FrightFest London, Frameline, Dances with Films, Newport Beach Film Festival, and more.

JCPR thinks outside the box in regards to release strategy, event planning, and media and talent relations to help your project break ahead of the pack and be noticed. We work hand in hand with filmmakers and distributors to guarantee their films receive the right attention in an increasingly crowded film market.
